Make the best use of time



Talk of the town has become the talk of the world in a matter of no time. The world today is facing Corona calamity altogether. If we retrospect we will find that time and again nature balances. Call it anything, crack its mystery by using any logic, but essentially Earth is getting balanced in its own manner. 


Indeed it is harsh and the pain or the chaotic fear of uncertainty is understandable. The majority of us have been locked down but this certainly is the need of the hour and the best thing until the pandemic is over. This means we have now restricted the way we have been living all these years.


Yes, humans are fighting the battle for survival once again in the timeline of this planet. 



On a spiritual or a religious note, we can also think in this way that "the almighty" has given this us this as a 'blessing in disguise'' 

Almost all of us used to complain or make excuses that I have NO TIME or No Time for self, No Time for Health. No or Less Time for family, friends, and the list goes on. 
During these lock-down days, we have got plenty of time (even people are not complaining the other way around how to pass this much of time). 
I was asked by one of my dear friend to write on on this topic which says "what to do after the lock-down" well this is a futuristic question. The very curious nature of humans that what will happen in the future.



See the future is nothing but the "child or result of the present" what we are going to sow in the present so are we going to reap in the future. So future is, what it is going to be, also the time which we would reap (being termed as future as of now) would have become present at that time. 

So basically the future is never there in our hands to work on. We are blessed only with the present (which is also called as a gift). How well we utilize this gift, controls or influences our future. So now the point is how to make the best use of this time during the Lock-down period. A little bit of which have also covered in my article purpose of life 2nd part.

During this time of Survival, we must utilize by preparing ourselves for the future and here's how; 

1. Meditation:


Meditate: To fight stress and anxiety and to make a rock-solid mind set. There are thousands of ways to meditate. 

Here is the video of 10 minutes of guided meditation in English, with my personal experience. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening regularly (with almost same time and place) can bring miracles into your life. 

This will not only fight the stress inside your body and mind but will also bring clarity and calmness within you, which in turn will help you transforming for the next version of you.

2. Regular Exercise

Sweat Everyday from 30 to 60 minutes, do yoga or simply hop or jump around, or dance or do zumba or whatever suits, buts sweats you, do that, make yourself physically strong and boost immunity in such a way that your body gets prepared for any kind of upcoming challenge. Let every part of your body radiate vitality. Allow that by sweating daily. 



3. How to control on Eating Habits?



Eat consciously, eat healthy, chew your food 32 times before swallowing, eat fresh fruits/ Veggies/ salad, eat natural food. NO junk at all, same goes for beverages as well. Drink lot of water 3-4 litres in a day, it can be cumbersome in the beginning if you are not used to, but soon you will realize how much energetic you are feeling by eating right kind, quality and way. 



4. Keep Yourself busy and Productive

Keep yourself busy and productive - Plan your day, don't spend it randomly, plan in advance and spend time wisely. Evernote or any planning app can be used for staying focused throughout the day. 

5. Explore.... This is the TIME


Listen to your heart - since we have a lot of time to spare we can utilize this by listening to your heart. The book you wanted to write, that painting, those dance moves, that unread book, that hobby which used to make you feel excited once. Explore, This is the TIME. Explore your heart out. 


Allow conscious growth, growth is a sign of life. if you are not growing continuously in life, repent is waiting to hug you sooner or later. We need to learn things which matters to us the most. Learning is not a school or college thing, it is a lifelong program. By learning you can explore your hidden potentials and the purpose of your life. There are plenty of options available for learning. books/ebooks, audiobooks/Webinars /YouTube channels/ Udemy, and etc. 
So many of them are free worth giving a try. 

7. Create alternate source($) of income

Create alternate source($) of income: This pandemic has also taught us the importance of having diverse source of income. Most of the people in the world have single source of earning. We must explore how can we earn money from different sources or even online, there are so many videos available over this. Not only earning in important but how wisely we spend and invest money also matters! 

8. Review your progress

Reflection: In current situation it is very much likely to lose our focus towards our goal or mission. Reflection on our own progress, to know whether we are moving on the desirable direction or not. This can be done on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. This kind of self-review is very much helpful. 

9. How to stay positive?

Challenge yourself for a positive mental Outlook. A coin always has two sides similarly every situation has many aspects associated with it. Broadly we can classify it as good/bad or positive/negative. We must program ourselves in such a manner that we can find even a trace of positivity in any darkest of the situation! 

The current situation of the pandemic is a very much realistic example of this. You can choose to worry, complain or be fearful or you can choose to see upcoming opportunity once the pandemic is over, have faith, and utilize this time in crafting the best version of you. 

10. Showcase Your Creativity

Creativity, the last point is about your creativity. So this point is blank for you to complete.
